CBGB decades of Graffiti

I got another very useful book out of the library today which shows an entirely different culture within graffiti that I haven't touched on yet.  CBGB was one of the worlds most famous rock and roll clubs of all time opened in 1973 and has seen many famous faces pass through it.

I picked the book out because of the club being covered from head to toe in years and years of tag after tag. The style of graffiti portray is dirty and grungy, it doesn't really flaunt any artistic ability but just contributes to all the other bits of writing on the walls. It almost stops being about writing on a wall and becomes contributing to a massive piece of collage.
