Below are some winning posters for the International Positive Poster Competition from a link i saw advertised online. I like the motivation behind them and the way each one works for its own reasons.
I think out of the three above this poster ticks all the boxes in regards to being visually enagaging. The design makes sense perfectly, the yellow to blue misty fade in the background represents the sky, very positive imagery. The type is informative and requires you to do something, this subconciously gives the viewer a link to the poster. When the viewer follows the instructions to look up their eyes are rewarded with the small triangle above.
